Custom Products
Custom-made covers, special-size orders, and personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please check your measurements carefully before placing a custom order.
Items Not Eligible for Return

- Used or dirty products
- Products damaged by improper use or installation
- Washed or altered products
- Custom-made or personalized covers
- Returns sent without contacting us first
- Items not in resellable condition
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the correct item is to return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process the refund.
