For custom-made covers or special-size orders, processing time may vary depending on product details and measurement confirmation.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or in your order confirmation whenever available.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, incorrect address information, or other events outside our control.

If we are unable to ship your order within the expected timeframe, we will contact you with an update.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Shipping rates may vary based on product size, weight, destination, and shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the package is shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

KipieaCovers is not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping fees may apply.

Custom-made or special-size orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
