Our 3-year warranty

All Kipiea Covers outdoor products purchased from Kipiea Covers are backed by a 3-year warranty. They are guaranteed to be free from material and craftsmanship defects for a duration of 3 years from the date of purchase.

We stand behind every cover we make. If something goes wrong because of how your cover was made, we'll replace it free of charge.

What's covered

Defects caused by our manufacturing process, meaning faults in the materials or craftsmanship, for 3 years from the date you bought your cover. This includes custom covers made by Kipiea Covers.

What isn't covered

• Normal wear and tear from everyday outdoor use
• Misuse, such as covering a grill, fire pit or engine that's still hot
• Accidental damage
• Damage from improper care, for example machine washing, bleach or storing the cover wet
• Weather damage beyond normal use, such as damage from falling branches, flying debris or heavy snow and ice left to build up

How to make a warranty claim

1. Email us at support@kipieacovers.com or get in touch through our contact page.
2. Include your order number and the date you bought the cover.
3. Send clear photos of the problem area, plus one of the whole cover on your item.
4. Add a short description of what's happened and when you first noticed it.

A member of our team will review your claim and reply within 48 hours.

What happens next

If the issue was caused by our manufacturing process, we'll send you a free replacement. When the fault is ours, we pay the shipping. Shipping for any other replacement is worked out case by case, and we'll always explain the options before anything is arranged.

Good to know

• The warranty starts on your date of purchase, so keep your order confirmation email.
• This warranty is separate from our 30-day return policy. See our Return & Refund Policy for returns.
• If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. You don't need to wait for a warranty claim.
• Bought on Amazon? Amazon purchases are covered by Amazon's own warranty and returns policies. Please contact us through Amazon for help with those orders.
• This warranty doesn't affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
